Key Responsibilities Actively connect with potential clients through calls, messages, and lead follow-ups. Understand client concerns, fitness goals, and recommend suitable weight-loss programs. Clearly explain program benefits, process, pricing, and expected outcomes. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions. Coordinate with nutritionists, coaches, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Build strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals. Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information to clients. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and high standards of communication. Requirements Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles (healthcare/fitness industry preferred). Basic understanding of fitness, weight-loss, and nutrition concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
