We're looking for an experienced BDM to join our team in Noida. The Ideal candidate should have experience in ETP/STP/ZLD and government tenders.
Job Description:
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Noida
Department: STP/ETP/Waste Water treatment
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary - Negotiable
Responsibilities:
Identifying and analyzing potential markets, customers, and opportunities for ETP/STP/Wastewater treatment projects.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in STP/ETP/Waste Water treatment.
Identifying and approaching potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Leading and mentoring a team of professionals involved in business development, sales, and project management.
Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and ETP
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to ETP/STP/ZLD
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Waste Water treatment or related field
Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
Mandatory Requirement - Must Have ETP/STP Business Development Experience
