Job Title: QA Playwright AutomationExperience: 5-7 YearsLocation: BangaloreDrive Details: In-person interviews (F2F) will be at Bangalore office on 27th September (Saturday), 2025Must Haves:QA Playwright AutomationResponsibilities:Good experience of Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript programming language.Good experience with BDD Cucumber for QA delivery.Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using JavaScript /TypeScript.Developing and maintaining JavaScript-based test automation frameworks for web applications.Responsible for improving automation for all project deliverables and for following defined processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure high quality software delivery.Design, develop and maintain BDD test cases using Karate API test automation and other frameworks.Perform API testing, ensuring robust and scalable integration of services.Perform data quality testing, ensuing accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure test coverage and continuous improvement in the testing process.Troubleshoot and debug issues in collaboration with development teams, providing detailed report on bugs and failures.Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines integrate with automated testing solutions.Minimum Qualifications:Software testing experience with of relevant automation testing experience.Hands-on development of JavaScript-based automation framework with Playwright.Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in API testing and automation using tools like Karate, postman or similar.Strong programming skills for test automation using UI Path automation.Expertise in BDD test case design and tools like Cucumber, Behave or similar.Solid understanding of data quality testing principles and practices.Hands on experience in an agile development environment.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills :Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Prior experience in a consulting role or client-facing environment is highly desirable.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent are a plus.If interested, please share your resume to
