We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **QA Automation Engineer** to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in **Salesforce testing** and automation using **Playwright**. As part of a dynamic QA team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality software through the development and execution of automated test cases across web and Salesforce platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automated test scripts using **Playwright**.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects; assist developers in root cause analysis.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
- Ensure test automation frameworks are scalable, reusable, and aligned with industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- **
Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- ** 4 to 9 years** of professional experience in QA and Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in **Playwright** for web automation (TypeScript or JavaScript preferred).
- Sound understanding of **test case design**, test execution, and bug reporting.
- Familiarity with source control and CI tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, Jenkins).
- Experience in working within **Agile/Scrum** environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with API testing tools such as **Postman** or **REST Assured**.

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge of other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
- ISTQB or similar QA certifications.
