Recruitment and Training Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the company. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs. Source candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/ in person interviews, and evaluate candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices. Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems). Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Should be able to handle bulk hiring or niche recruitment. Knowledge of HR software and systems.
