Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our corporate interior fitouts team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong understanding of the latest trends in corporate interiors. This role involves developing functional and inspiring spaces that align with our clients' brand identity and enhance employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and the design team to develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and aesthetics that reflect the client’s needs and business objectives.
  • Space Planning: Create detailed and functional layouts based on client requirements, optimizing the use of space for efficiency and comfort.
  • Material Selection: Select and specify finishes, materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories that enhance the design and meet project quality and budget constraints.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the design.
  • Presentations and Visualizations: Prepare and deliver design presentations, 3D renderings, and mood boards to communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design drawings, elevations, and specifications in compliance with codes and standards.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure that design solutions are within budgetary and time constraints, proposing alternatives as necessary.
  • Quality Control: Review project sites to ensure that work is progressing according to design specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in interior design, preferably within corporate or commercial fitouts.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and furnishings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
