Interior Coach is a dynamic and innovative interior design firm based in Gurgaon, known for creating sophisticated, aesthetically pleasing, and functional spaces. We specialize in residential, commercial, and corporate interior design, and are looking to expand our team with a talented and motivated Interior Designer.
Job Description:
We seek an experienced and creative Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, be skilled in client interactions, and have proficiency in 3D visualization and 2D detailing drawings. As an Interior Designer at Interior Coach, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior design projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for their spaces. Provide design recommendations and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
3D Visualization: Create realistic 3D renderings of interior designs to help clients visualize the result.
2D Detailing Drawings: Develop detailed 2D drawings and layouts for space planning, furniture placement, electrical layouts, and material specifications.
Design Development: Work on mood boards, material palettes, and conceptual sketches, ensuring that designs are aligned with client preferences, budgets, and timelines.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of design plans.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure the implementation of designs is accurate and in line with the intended concept.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high design quality standards, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability in all projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design (residential and commercial projects).
Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
Strong skills in AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting tools for design detailing and layouts.
Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning, and material selection.
Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
₹22,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. + Incentive
