Why do we need this role?

The key function of the role is to assist and support the P2P Manager in delivering core services associated with:

- PR creations, Goods Receipt, Accruals - Ariba .

- Maintaining affiliation with Hiring Managers / Souring Managers.

What and how is it expected to contribute to results?

Assist the Manager with day-to-day operational activities. Specific to Commercial Operations.

Assist with customer pain points specifically relating to PR, GR, Accruals, SOW & query management.

Assist with E2E Commercial Operations activities in ERP including quality Check

Support operations internal teams/stakeholders in relation to Operations queries.

Development of required reports for Governance

Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly connects with leadership/stakeholders

Process Improvements – Yielding benefits or better control mechanism

Adhere to the Best Practice & policy

Capacity to standardize the process

Having good experience in Commercial Operations or Procure to Pay domain

Knowledge or experience on SAP, Ariba, Clarity is an added advantage

A strong and confident communicator - Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, complex and dynamic environment.

Establishes relationships with cross functional teams.

Reconciliation b/w invoice & Time sheet

Accruals Process

Other capabilities

A strong work ethic and self-drive.

Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role

Understand Commercial Operations processes, policies and services.

Helping maintain a robust control framework across all processes. – specifically related to Commercial Operations.

Dealing with a wide variety of systems with different complexities.

Qualification Requirements

Education in Commerce and equivalent degree

Good knowledge on Procurement Operations in Ariba & SAP

Competency in Microsoft Suite (i.e. Excel, word etc)

Experience

Experience in operational activities related to Procurement in ERP – Ariba/clarity/SAP.

Ariba experience is must.

7+ years of work experience
