Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using appropriate methods and tools.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven customer service experience or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
