Regional Demand Operations Manager (DMS)# ; Experience: 15+ years

At Brillio , we partner with global enterprises to accelerate digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced Regional Demand Operations Manager (DMS) to bridge local vendors, SPOCs, and central IT—driving standardized service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.
#This role serves as the first layer of demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards. You will manage procurement and finance processes, oversee vendor performance, and act as the escalation point for localized IT and service issues.
#Act as the liaison between local business SPOCs/vendors and central IT.
Ensure local IT services (internet, telecom, printers, etc.) Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
Support contract management and monitor vendor performance.
Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.
#Required Skills & Experience
~15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
~ Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
~ Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
~ Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
~ Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
~ Exposure to ERP systems (SAP MM/FICO or equivalent) for procurement and finance workflows.
ITIL certification.
Experience in multinational or regional IT operations.
