About MEPL Export Division MEPL (MDD Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) is a leading manufacturer of critical care hospital infrastructure systems, including Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Modular Operation Theatres, and ICU equipment. The Export Division focuses on expanding MEPL’s global footprint by delivering high-quality, compliant healthcare infrastructure solutions across Africa, the Middle East, and emerging international markets. With a strong foundation in engineering and turnkey execution, MEPL combines technical excellence with customer-focused service to support hospitals, ministries, and healthcare providers worldwide. Role Summary The Sales Support Executive will play a key role in supporting the company’s international healthcare business operations. This role focuses on managing export inquiries, preparing quotations and technical-commercial offers, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of overseas orders. You will work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to help expand MEPL’s presence in global healthcare markets, including Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing international sales strategies to achieve division growth targets. Research and identify new market opportunities, project leads, and customer segments in assigned territories. Prepare and submit commercial and technical quotations, prequalification documents, and product presentations. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Odoo / Zoho / Hub Spot). Coordinate with production, accounts, and documentation teams to ensure timely proposal submission and order fulfillment. Support the Director in client follow-ups, tender submissions, and communications with international agents. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update promotional materials, client communication, and digital outreach content. Track and analyze sales pipeline metrics and generate periodic performance reports. Participate in internal sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Engineering. 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or international business environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, or Odoo). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in healthcare, hospital infrastructure, or medical equipment sales, especially in international or institutional projects. Familiarity with export documentation, international trade procedures, and tender processes. Understanding of healthcare industry compliance (e.g., CE, ISO 13485) is an advantage. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned markets. Soft Skills & Cultural Fit Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
