Manager, Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Connect with internal stakeholders to understand their respective business objectives, challenges & current strategies.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Analyze business requirements & devise customized marketing strategies to increase revenues & maximize course enrollments.
- Tactical Recommendations: Provide expert advice & recommendations on marketing tactics, such as SEM, social media advertising, Landing Page Optimisation, email marketing, content creation, influencer partnerships & other relevant channels. Must have experience in managing Google & Facebook ads.
- Campaign Optimization: Review and monitor marketing campaigns & identify areas for improvement, optimizing conversion rates & increasing return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the category and analytics team to align performance marketing strategies & ensure seamless campaigns execution.
- Reporting: Maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports for multiple business categories and campaign types. Analyze performance trends on a regular basis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on managing Google & Facebook ads. Consulting experience is preferred. Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus. Experience in managing App campaigns for D2C products is a plus.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies & tactics, with a track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google & Facebook ads.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, able to interpret marketing metrics & make data- driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing recommendations & strategies to clients of varying backgrounds.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools & platforms, such as Google analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, social media management tools, App Analytics platforms (Appsflyer / Firebase) & Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & quickly adapt to changing client needs & market trends.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams & support the overall success of the customer success team.
- Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is preferred.
