We’re looking for a Senior WMS Developer (C / Pro*C) to help enhance and modernise core Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms. You’ll design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems that power large-scale warehouse operations and automation environments. Implement complex warehouse business logic (allocation, picking, putaway, inventory) Optimize database transactions and performance using Oracle embedded SQL Participate in code reviews and enforce quality standards Collaborate with Python/Django teams for C-Python integration Partner with DB developers to fine-tune Pro*C SQL performance Engage with operations teams to align business and technical requirements 7+ years of C programming or Oracle Pro*C , including memory management and Unix/Linux systems ~ Strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise, with focus on performance tuning ~ Experience with high-volume OLTP systems and transaction management Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like Catalyst, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump, SAP EWM (preferred but not mandatory) Solid grasp of warehouse operations, automation, and RF integrations Professional Experience: ~7–10 years total software development experience ~
