The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading financial operations, including fundraising, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and accounting . The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in raising capital for real estate projects , handling complex taxation matters, and maintaining strong internal controls and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead efforts in raising funds through banks, NBFCs, private equity, and other financial institutions. Prepare and present business plans, financial models, and pitch decks to potential investors and lenders. Manage due diligence processes for fundraising and project financing. Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and strategic investors.
