This role requires strong project management capabilities, exceptional client-handling skills, and a deep understanding of software implementation in healthcare environments.Key Responsibilities :- Oversee end-to-end software implementation projects across multiple hospital sites.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient system integration.- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Analyze data and project metrics to identify gaps and optimize implementation performance.- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during deployment and post-implementation phases.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in implementation processes and customer experience.- Ensure effective documentation, reporting, and compliance with project timelines and deliverables.Qualifications & Skills :- 3-5 years of proven experience in Software Implementation and System Integration, preferably in healthcare or ERP domains.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and client management abilities.- Demonstrated ability to achieve high customer satisfaction and project success rates.- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple ongoing projects.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).Why Join Us ?- Opportunity to work with one of India's most trusted healthcare technology partners.- Exposure to cutting-edge ERP and hospital management solutions.- Collaborative work culture with a focus on innovation and customer success.
