We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Accounts to join our Virtual CFO Services team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions while assisting in driving key business decisions for our clients. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial operations and strategic guidance in alignment with our clients' goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end accounting process for clients, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
  • Provide financial insights to clients, aiding in strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial systems and controls for clients.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA/MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
