AboutWe are an industrial-AI start-up in the business of accelerating the adoption of Industry 4.0. Using Quartic Platform, the SMEs are able to create and deploy AI and IIoT applications to significantly increase productivity and operational performance without the need for proficiency in programming or data science. The Quartic Platform is used by Fortune 100 and 500 companies in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, CPG, and other industries for process optimization, predictive maintenance, and energy optimization applications.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, Implement and Scale the backend of Quartic.ai PlatformCreate Abstractions, Database, API, and core packages which are used to build the Quartic PlatformBuild the frontend of Quartic platform’s Human ExperiencePerform Peer Code ReviewContribution to InnovationBe a team playerWork in articulate, agile, scrum driven fast throughput environmentQualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field with of 3 years of directly related work experienceStrong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, Numerical Methods of Computation, Systems and Distributed Software DesignHands on in full stack components - Non-Relational Databases, ORM, MVC, Caching, SearchExperienced in Javascript and JS frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS etcHands-on experience in creating web pages using HTML/CSS and vanilla JSExperience in NodeJS ecosystem and frameworksDeep understanding of web, browser and related ecosystemExperienced with database like Postgres, MySQL is a plusExperience with Selenium, BrowserStack and similar toolsBehaviour Driven Development (BDD) or other development approaches with a focus on high tests - RequiredExperience working in an agile environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLeads product design and code reviews; can competently review any aspect of their productDrives architecture discussions and proposes solutions to system and product changesProduces clear, well-communicated, complete designs for product features or sub-systemsMotivated and interested in delivering resultsAbility to adapt to new development environments, changing business requirements and learning new systems is highly desirableLooking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join within a month.What you get:Unlimited Leaves: We understand the importance of work life balance.
