We're looking for a driven and data-focused Growth Marketing Manager to help us acquire and retain users, accelerate our growth, and establish scalable marketing strategies. Job Overview: As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the customer acquisition funnel from top to bottom. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, implementing data-driven strategies, and working across multiple marketing channels to optimize conversions, user retention, and overall revenue. This role is critical for driving the early-stage success of our Saa S platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design, implement, and manage growth-focused marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers. Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Linked In, Facebook, etc.), ensuring efficient use of budgets and optimal return on investment (ROI). A/B Testing and Experimentation: Continuously test and optimize campaigns (landing pages, email copy, ads, etc.) to improve conversion rates and other key metrics. Data Analysis: Track and analyze key growth metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and conversion rates to inform decisions and optimize strategies. Lead Generation: Develop and optimize lead generation campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline. Email Marketing & Automation: Create email marketing strategies to nurture leads, convert prospects, and increase customer retention through automated drip campaigns and segmentation. SEO & SEM: Drive organic and paid search efforts to improve traffic, rankings, and conversions on the website. Funnel Optimization: Work across the entire customer funnel (awareness, acquisition, activation, retention) to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities. Collaborate with Product and Sales Teams: Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product positioning, and customer feedback loops. Partnerships & Referrals: Develop and implement referral programs and strategic partnerships to boost growth. Reporting & Insights: Build and present performance reports to track success and align with company goals. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing role, preferably within a Saa S or tech company. Proven track record of executing successful growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue. Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Ads, etc. Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, data analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems. Solid understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and their impact on customer acquisition. Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and problem-solving. Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. Familiarity with B2 B Saa S marketing strategies and growth channels. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
