Overview : Beanstalkedu Services Private Limited, a leader in the ECCE Ed Tech space in India, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Associate. This role involves a blend of B2 B and B2 C sales, including Saa S subscription selling, course selling, franchise selling, and educational counseling. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual capable of nurturing leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Lead Generation : Actively generate and pursue sales leads for our range of products, including Saa S subscriptions, educational courses, and franchise opportunities.
Customer Engagement : Engage with B2 B and B2 C clients through various channels (phone, email, webinars, virtual meetings) to understand their needs and recommend suitable Beanstalkedu products and services.
Product Demonstration : Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of our Ed Tech solutions to potential clients, tailoring the presentation to their specific needs.
Closing Deals : Skillfully negotiate and close sales, ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting sales targets.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about the latest trends in the ECCE and Ed Tech industry, and use this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities.
Feedback & Reporting : Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on client interactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the Ed Tech, ECCE, or related industry.
Experience in selling Saa S products, educational courses, and franchise models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and regional Indian languages.
Skills :
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex products.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Good organizational and time management skills.
