Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for U.S. trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Oversee booth design, event branding, and onsite execution, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, event organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Measure event success, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all U.S. event-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably within the B2B or SaaS sector.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as required.
  • Experience with event marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
