Nutritionist Misha Employment Type: Full-time (Payroll position) Work Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday Location: Work-from-Home (India) Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed) + uncapped commission Sales Manager Nutritionist Misha is a leading women’s wellness brand specializing in evidence-based nutrition programs designed to improve hormonal health, lifestyle, and well-being. Our approach focuses on education, empathy, and ethical client engagement. We are looking for a Remote Sales Closer to conduct consultative Zoom sessions with prospective clients who have shown interest in our hormonal nutrition program. This is a non-medical, advisory sales role (no clinical consultations involved). Understand clients’ goals, challenges, and needs (without providing medical advice) Maintain complete CRM notes, follow-ups, and documentation within 24 hours Collaborate with the Marketing and Client Success teams to enhance client experience Strong verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus) Prior experience in consultative or inside sales (preferably in health, wellness, coaching, or education sectors) Confident on camera and comfortable conducting structured online consultations Reliable home-office setup: quiet workspace, 25 Mbps+ internet, HD webcam, headset Consistent, self-motivated, and open to coaching Performance Indicators ~100 % CRM hygiene and compliance Compensation & Growth Additional performance incentives based on successful client conversions Growth opportunities: eligibility for Senior Closer / Team Lead roles after probation and consistent KPI performance This is a genuine full-time employment role (not a franchise, MLM, or freelance opportunity) All hiring practices comply with Indian employment and data-protection laws Final interview with the Sales Manager
