Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change.Roles and Responsibilities:• Rich working experience in RTR function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party BPO or Shared Services set up.• Manage the delivery of outsourced services F&A : R2R to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell• Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives in GL and Intercompany space leading to outcomes like Better health of Accounts, Robust Controls & Compliance and Derive Insights to help CFO make informed Business decisions. Help drive Finance Transformation through Process Standardization, Automation and Benchmarking• Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda• Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc.• Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.• Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and raise performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs.
