Job Summary:
The Concierge Manager will part of our core concierge team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, tailored services to our clients. This role demands a high level of professionalism, a deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle, and the ability to anticipate and exceed the expectations of an elite clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality or client service management, with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide personalised service.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to fulfil client requests efficiently and effectively.
- Manage client inquiries, handling any issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Stay informed about luxury trends, exclusive experiences, and new offerings to recommend to clients.
- Implement and refine service protocols to enhance the client experience continually.
- Prepare reports on service performance, client feedback, and other metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or client relationship management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong network within the luxury service industry and access to exclusive venues and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in multiple languages considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
