Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Night Shift Concierge Managers to join our core concierge team, responsible for providing exceptional, personalized services to our elite clientele across global time zones. This includes working on client requests based in the USA, Europe, Bangkok, Japan, and other key regions. As a Concierge Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of luxury services, all while working overnight hours to meet the needs of our international clients.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, a keen understanding of the luxury lifestyle, and the ability to anticipate and exceed the expectations of discerning clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality or client service management, with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the concierge team during the night shift, ensuring that the highest standards of service are met around the clock.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple time zones, understanding their preferences and requirements to deliver truly personalized service.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to fulfill client requests efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Stay current with luxury trends, exclusive experiences, and new offerings, to make tailored recommendations to clients.
Refine and implement service protocols to continually enhance the client experience.
Prepare reports on service performance, client feedback, and other key metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or client relationship management.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience inspiring and managing teams.
Strong network within the luxury service industry and access to exclusive venues and services.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and integrity.
Available to work night shifts from 12am to 9am, including weekends and holidays, to align with client needs across various time zones (USA, Europe, Bangkok, Japan, etc.).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
