As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure the successful integration of data science into product and business strategies.

Lead data science and machine learning projects from ideation to production
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making
Develop and deploy ML models using Python SQL, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Evaluate and fine-tune NLP, LLM, and other advanced AI models
Stay current with trends in AI, cloud services, and ML Ops

6+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
~ Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
~ Experience with AWS,Azure, or GCP
~ data analysis, model evaluation, and deployment

Good to have: Experience with cloud services, NLP, LLM, Spark,?Docker, AI, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
