We seek inspiration from timeless beauty and transform it to meet the needs of the modern womanKey Responsibility- Lead and manage the complete product development process from ideation to commercialization- Develop project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new product launch- Research emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity in color cosmetics- Collaborate with Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio- Partner with R&D to conceptualize and test formulations that align with brand guidelines and quality standards- Work with packaging team to develop aesthetically appealing and functional packaging solutions- Negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery- Ensure all products comply with local and global regulatory standards, including labeling and safety requirements.- Oversee stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to ensure product efficacy and satisfaction- Ensure continuous quality checks during and post-production phases- Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to create product launch strategi- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure a seamless transition to mass production- Monitor budgets for product development, including formulations, testing, and packaging- Provide regular updates on costs and work to optimize resourcesQualifications & Experience- MBA/Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or related fiel- 3-6 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics, beauty, or Skin/Personal Care industry- Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmeticsHow to ApplyPlease share your updated Resume at
