Location: Bangalore (India) Compensation: Fixed + Variable Job Description: Medical Sales Representative (MSR) We are seeking experienced Medical Sales Representatives across India who have strong existing relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals or individual doctors who own clinics or play a role in decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your network to introduce and connect us with these decision-makers. Present our product offering, with full support from our team for product demonstrations, closing deals, and technical assistance. Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure prospects are nurtured and supported throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with our internal teams to provide feedback from clients that will improve our product and services. Requirements: Mandatory experience in selling digital healthcare products such as EMRs, HIMs, or similar technologies. Proven experience in medical sales with a strong network of contacts among healthcare professionals. Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, especially senior decision-makers. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of healthcare products, services, or technologies will be an added advantage. Incentives: (this will be discussed) Attractive incentives will be provided, paid at the beginning of each month for closures completed in the previous month.
