We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern/Junior Specialist who is eager to kickstart their career and grow with us in the exciting field of digital marketing.
Job Overview As a Digital Marketing Intern/Junior Specialist, you will assist our marketing team with executing digital marketing strategies. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone new to the field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills across various digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities Assist in Campaign Execution : Support the team in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Content Creation : Help in developing engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
Social Media Advertising : Assist in planning, setting up, and running ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to reach targeted audiences effectively.
Social Media Management : Manage daily posts, engage with followers, and track social media performance across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic SEO Work : Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and learn to use SEO tools to monitor website performance.
Email Marketing Support : Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns, helping to segment audiences and track engagement.
Analytics and Reporting : Collect data from digital channels and compile reports to evaluate campaign performance.
Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and align with campaign goals.
Stay Updated on Trends : Learn about current trends in digital marketing and suggest ideas that could enhance our brand presence.
Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Skills and Abilities :
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to set up and manage social media ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with any social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus but not required.
Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content writing is advantageous but not necessary.
Preferred Qualifications Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
Any relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, social media marketing) are an advantage.
