Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for 0-5 years of experience for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Aiphi AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. The role involves utilizing Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, Email marketing, Paid Ads, Web Analytics, and Online Marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also focus on creating competitive online presence and effective messaging to enhance brand presence and customer conversions.

Must have knowledge and skills in SEO, SMM, Email Marketing, Ads, Canva/Adobe for graphical social media content creation.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for SEO, social media content creation, email marketing, Lead generation and sales growth. Day-to-day tasks may include social media content creation, engagement, developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web traffic and engagement metrics, and managing social media platforms.

Qualifications for Digital Marketing/Social Media/ Lead Generation/Business Growth

Digital Marketing:

Design and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SMM, email, and paid media.

Optimize campaigns to maximize traffic and conversions.

Lead Generation:

Implement inbound and outbound strategies to generate qualified leads.

Collaborate with sales for effective lead handoff.

Content Creation & Social Media Marketing:

Develop and manage a content calendar.

Create engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, videos, graphics).

Lead LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube strategies to boost brand presence and engagement.

Use analytics to measure and optimize performance.

Performance Marketing:

Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads.

Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to improve results.

Business Growth & Sales:

Support sales with marketing materials and insights.

Identify growth opportunities through market analysis.
