About the Job Job Title: AI/ML Architect
Skills: AI/ML, Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision), Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering
Experience Required: 12+ Years (with minimum 5 years in team/project management)
Immediate to 30 days preferred

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI initiatives, providing architectural vision and technical leadership across AI/ML, cloud, and data engineering domains. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Provide architectural guidance, conduct technical reviews, and ensure best practices in AI/ML, MLOps, and cloud-native development.
Manage multiple projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with business objectives.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, GenAI, and cloud, introducing innovative solutions across the organization.
Mentor and lead teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and developers.
Present solutions and updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
~12+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in project/team management.
~ Proven expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision).
~ Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML cloud services.
~ Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices.
~ Strong background in data engineering, pipelines, and scalable system design.
~ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools.

Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or AI/ML.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
