Required Skills & QualificationsLocation: Bengaluru (Hybrid)- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AEM development, with at least 2+ years focused on AEM as a Cloud Service.- Technical Proficiency:- Backend: Expert in Java, the OSGi framework, Apache Sling, and the JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).- Frontend: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is highly preferred.- AEM-specific: Mastery of AEM core components, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and the AEM Dispatcher.- Cloud & DevOps:- Hands-on experience with Cloud Manager, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex AEM and Java-based applications.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Certifications (Nice to Have): Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer or Architect.
