Required Skills & Qualifications

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AEM development, with at least 2+ years focused on AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Backend: Expert in Java, the OSGi framework, Apache Sling, and the JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is highly preferred.
- AEM-specific: Mastery of AEM core components, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and the AEM Dispatcher.
- Cloud & DevOps:
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Manager, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex AEM and Java-based applications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications (Nice to Have): Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer or Architect.
