The role is based in Kandivali, Mumbai.Education: B.E Civil from a reputed college.What is expected from this position?Should have exposure on BOQ standardization, Safety requirements and Tender package.Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasksFlexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requiresAbility to work in a team with high people orientationJob Profile:Evaluate the tenders received from Design for Civil, Finishing, MEP & Infra packages.Evaluate tender estimate with Budget provisions , interact with design and execution team and assess the tender requirements.Finalization of Concept / DD / CTC of projectCost Monitoring of assigned project.Inter Department collaboration for resolving project issues.Assessment of cost variance and change request note and approval of the same.Compilation of all reports of MIS.Process improvisation and policy formation.Alternate Saturdays are offTo be considered for this role, please submit your updated resume.
