Manager, Budgeting Job Description

We're seeking a Manager to oversee the budgeting process for one of our real estate clients.

  • The role is based in Mumbai and requires exposure to BOQ standardization, Safety requirements, and Tender package.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate tenders received from Design for Civil, Finishing, MEP & Infra packages.
  • Assess tender estimates with budget provisions and interact with design and execution teams.
  • Finalize project concept, DD, or CTC.
  • Monitor project costs and collaborate with departments to resolve issues.
  • Compile MIS reports and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • B.E Civil degree from a reputable college.
  • Exposure to BOQ standardization, Safety requirements, and Tender package.
  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative, and plan tasks.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
  • Strong team orientation.
