They will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to fill positions that include software developers, project managers, analysts and more.Qualifications2-4 Yrs of exp in IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and general recruiting tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to track and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyKnowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases, including experience with MS ExcelProven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting goals and objectivesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
