GKM is committed to excellence, backed by its experienced team of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Accountants, and senior management professionals, delivering value-driven solutions.Role DescriptionLead review & preparation of compilations and tax returns; oversee offshore team; ensure quality and timeliness in collaboration with onshore CPA team.Key ResponsibilitiesReview & prepare compilation financial statements and T2, T3010, T5013 returns.Review GST/HST, T-slip reconciliations, investment summaries.Investigate & resolve discrepancies.Summarize client financials.Lead & mentor offshore team.Collaborate with onshore team.Drive process improvements.Collaboration with OnshoreFrequent coordination to align deliverables and ensure compliance with firm standards.LeadershipDirectly manage offshore team; ensure productivity, accuracy, and training.Skills & ToolsCaseware, Tax Prep, Profile, Quick Books, MS Office. Strong Canadian accounting & tax knowledge. Leadership & review skillsQualificationsBachelor/Master’s in Commerce.MBA/Diploma preferred.5–7 years relevant experience with leadershipCommunication & Client ServiceStrong written English; offshore service experience
