Job Description :
Art Director:
· Lead the development of visual concepts for advertising campaigns, branding projects, and other initiatives.
· Create mood boards, storyboards, and roughs to communicate the visual direction.
· Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
· Oversee the design and production of print, digital, and experiential marketing materials.
· Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices.
· Mastermind brand identities and campaigns.
· Craft visuals that break the mold and set trends.
· Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
· To maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, punctuality, and profitability, while achieving the clients’ goals.
Skills and qualifications:
· An impeccable eye for detail.
· Ability to translate abstract concepts into visual masterpieces.
· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field.
· Experience in advertising agency art direction.
· Strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities and conceptual thinking.
· Experience and awareness across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums with
exceptional communication skills.
· Be highly motivated and well-organised.
· Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
CTC : 5 to 6 LPA
Good spoken and written English, advertising agency experience of 4-5 years.
