Job Description :
Art Director:
· Lead the development of visual concepts for advertising campaigns, branding projects, and other initiatives.· Create mood boards, storyboards, and roughs to communicate the visual direction.· Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.· Oversee the design and production of print, digital, and experiential marketing materials.· Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices.· Mastermind brand identities and campaigns.· Craft visuals that break the mold and set trends.· Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.· To maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, punctuality, and profitability, while achieving the clients’ goals.
Skills and qualifications:
· An impeccable eye for detail.· Ability to translate abstract concepts into visual masterpieces.· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field.· Experience in advertising agency art direction.· Strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities and conceptual thinking.· Experience and awareness across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums withexceptional communication skills.· Be highly motivated and well-organised.· Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
CTC : 5 to 6 LPA
Good spoken and written English, advertising agency experience of 4-5 years.
