A Presales Head will be responsible for driving business growth by leading the design and articulation of cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and comprehensive digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients. This leader will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution, acting as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders and guiding clients through their AI adoption and transformation journeys. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI/ML/GenAI solutions and architectures (e.g., RAG, LLMs, NLP, computer vision). Client Engagement & Value Articulation: Act as an AI and digital transformation subject matter expert in client meetings, workshops, and industry forums. Proposal & Commercial Development: Oversee the creation of customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, business cases, financial models, and proof-of-concept (PoC) plans. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of AI market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (e.g., Develop training, playbooks, and case studies for the broader sales and delivery teams to enhance organizational capabilities in new technology areas. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 4-5 years in presales, consulting, or solution architecture, including proven experience in a leadership role. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data ecosystems. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital transformation strategies and industry-specific AI use cases across various sectors. .
