Role Overview: Turing is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to build modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows.You’ll work with Node.Js/Nest.Js and a modern frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue) to implement features, improve code quality and testing, and contribute to datasets and evaluation pipelines that align LLM behavior with real-world user needs.What You’ll Do:Build and maintain high-quality JS/TS services and UIs for AI training and evaluation.Design and run evaluation pipelines, documenting rationales and improvements.Collaborate on SFT/RLHF dataset creation and process refinement.Conduct code reviews and raise quality standards across the stack.What We’re Looking For:Advanced JS/TS (ES6+) skills;strong with Node.Js/Nest.Js and at least one frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue).Proven ability in web app architecture, testing discipline, and code readability.Familiarity with scalable, modular full-stack development.BS/MS in CS/Engineering (or equivalent).Strong problem-solving ability and clear English communication for async collaboration.Why You'll Love This Role:Remote Flexibility → Work from anywhere, on your own schedule.High-Impact Work → Ship products that shape how frontier AI interacts with users.Career Edge → Gain experience at the cutting edge of AI and full-stack development.Offer Details:Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with overlap of 4 hours with PST.
