Sc Nursing with minimum 3 yrs experience in Critical Care areaLocation : DelhiKey Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of delivering the assigned course(s)- Design and conduct engaging lectures in accordance with the prescribed syllabus.- Ensure effective and structured delivery of the complete curriculum.- Manage and execute academic activities including theory sessions, internal assessments, laboratory work, clinical postings, and student projects, as per the academic schedule.- Promote active student participation and drive academic success through continuous engagement and support.- Monitor, assess, and mentor students’ academic performance, providing timely feedback and academic guidance.- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the relevant industry and incorporate updates into the curriculum.- Develop comprehensive teaching materials, including presentation decks, assignments, handouts, project guidelines, question papers, and sample question banks to support curriculum delivery and enhance student outcomes.- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to resolve academic challenges and improve the overall learning experience for students.Immediate joiners will be preferred
