Ensure effective and structured delivery of the complete curriculum. Manage and execute academic activities including theory sessions, internal assessments, laboratory work, clinical postings, and student projects, as per the academic schedule. Promote active student participation and drive academic success through continuous engagement and support. Monitor, assess, and mentor students’ academic performance, providing timely feedback and academic guidance. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the relevant industry and incorporate updates into the curriculum. Develop comprehensive teaching materials, including presentation decks, assignments, handouts, project guidelines, question papers, and sample question banks to support curriculum delivery and enhance student outcomes. Collaborate with fellow faculty members to resolve academic challenges and improve the overall learning experience for students. Immediate joiners will be preferred
