Dev Ops Consultant India – Remote Positions - 3 Full-Time / Contract Job Summary The Dev Ops Consultant will lead the design and implementation of scalable Dev Ops solutions across hybrid environments, supporting production-grade builds and enterprise platform development. This role requires strong expertise in Helm Charts, Dev Ops tooling, and cloud-native practices, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive Dev Ops transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking from a Practice or Center of Excellence background and stay current with industry trends such as SRE, AIOps, telemetry, and chaos engineering. This is a remote role based in India with two open positions. Key Skills Dev Ops & Platform Engineering Dev Ops architecture and solution design in hybrid environments CI/CD pipeline design and optimization Production build and release management Dev Ops documentation, metrics, and governance Kubernetes & Packaging Helm Charts (design, customization, deployment) Kubernetes-based application deployment and lifecycle management Cloud & Modern Dev Ops Practices Hybrid and multi-cloud environments Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) AIOps and intelligent automation Telemetry, observability, and monitoring Chaos engineering and resilience testing Leadership & Stakeholder Management Dev Ops transformation strategy Influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders Consulting mindset with strong communication skills Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Dev Ops Lead, or Dev Ops Consultant. Mandatory hands-on experience with Helm Charts . Proven experience designing Dev Ops solutions for production and hybrid environments . Strong understanding of modern Dev Ops frameworks and cloud-native architectures. Professional Experience Requirements Hands-on experience designing and implementing Dev Ops pipelines and processes across multiple business units. Proven ability to translate complex production and platform requirements into scalable Dev Ops solutions. Experience establishing Dev Ops standards, documentation, metrics, and best practices. Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of Dev Ops transformation. Experience working within a Practice or Center of Excellence (Co E) environment. Exposure to emerging Dev Ops trends including SRE, AIOps, telemetry, and chaos engineering . Self-driven professional with the ability to operate independently and influence technical and business stakeholders.
