As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing technology governance and risk management while driving strategic program delivery. The role requires 60% of your time to maintain IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change management.The remaining 40% of the role focuses on supporting PMO activities, including project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reporting. We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in regulated or enterprise IT environments who possesses strong documentation skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.You should have at least 4-8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain) and demonstrate a solid understanding of out-of-the-box features and track record of build/configure using feature sets, configurations, flows, and functionality.Familiarity with Azure AD B2C / identity and access management, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is required, as well as exposure to Azure cloud architecture, DevOps, pipelines, Jira or similar tools.
