Business Development Lead

Job Overview:
As a Business Development Lead for Ebani Tech Pvt. Ltd’ -Digitopia's Digital Touchscreen Solution , you will be responsible for leading the business development efforts for the placement and monetization of digital touchscreens. This role focuses on creating partnerships, increasing ad sales, and driving revenue from hyperlocal businesses through Digitopia’s cutting-edge technology solution in salons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the go-to-market strategy for Digitopia's Digital Touchscreen Solution .
- Build and manage relationships with advertisers, hyperlocal businesses, and marketing agencies to drive ad revenue.
- Develop strategies and ad packages tailored to increase our business revenue.
- Lead a team responsible for identifying business opportunities and negotiating advertising deals.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless integration of the touchscreen solutions and optimize the user experience.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer behaviour to enhance sales strategies.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure long-term partnerships with advertisers.
- Monitor the performance of advertising screens and ensure alignment with revenue targets and advertising client reporting.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales in digital advertising, media, or tech solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising and hyperlocal marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with both big brands and SMBs and building hyperlocal ad campaigns.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and closing high-value deals.
- Familiarity with digital signage or touchscreen technology is a plus.
