Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Lead at Chtrbox in Mumbai, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for managing lead generation, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, researching potential clients, creating leads and networking with the industry professionals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to scale up the business
  • Develop a sales contact plan to include direct marketing and attend industry event to build a relationship with key prospects
  • Create proposals and presentations to pitch the client. Share the estimate of the project with the client
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that business objectives are met


What comes handy?

  • Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand partnerships and business development at a digital or influencer marketing agency
  • Lead Generation expertise
  • Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and build data driven strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
