What You Will Do:

  • Help Banks and NBFCs increase their Credit Decision speed by 10-20X by leveraging AbleCredit’s Generative AI with voice, vision, and language capabilities.
  • Understand customer’s credit workflows and propose the areas where AI can have a dramatic impact in increasing their revenues.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive sales targets for lending products.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of our lending products.
  • Champion successful deal negotiation, closing deals that achieve win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting the lending landscape.

You Should Have:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Sales leader. Majority of this should be in selling to Micro NBFCs or Banks.
  • Experience in selling SAAS products to Banks/ NBFCs is a MUST
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
  • An aspiring and ambitious candidate looking to build a CRO career
