Position Overview:
Thrillophilia is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Specialist to join our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel planning, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth operations for both domestic and international travel itineraries.
Key Responsibilities:
Trip Planning & Execution:
Design and customize travel packages tailored to client preferences.
Handle itinerary planning, flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and visa assistance.
Customer Support & Interaction:
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering suitable recommendations.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and handle escalations professionally.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with hotels, local tour operators, and other service providers to ensure high-quality services.
Negotiate rates and build strong relationships with partners.
Operations & Documentation:
Oversee end-to-end booking processes and ensure timely documentation.
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer communications.
Sales & Upselling:
Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting travel packages and upselling additional services.
Identify new opportunities to improve revenue streams.
Market Research:
Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and industry developments.
Conduct competitor analysis to enhance offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in travel planning, customer support, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
