Job Description.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer with 6-10 years of software development experience and a strong focus on building scalable, high-performing eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile application development, an in-depth understanding of Flutter and Dart, and a proven track record of delivering seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Flutter Development:
Design and develop highly responsive and visually appealing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use while ensuring scalability and performance.
2. e-Commerce Focus:
Develop and maintain features such as product catalogs, payment gateways, shopping carts, and user authentication for eCommerce platforms.
Integrate APIs for real-time inventory management, order tracking, and customer analytics.
3 . System Architecture:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app architecture and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
Identify technical risks and recommend strategies for effective resolution.
4 . Code Quality & Standards:
Adhere to best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainable codebase.
5. Team Collaboration:
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create cohesive solutions.
6. Testing & Debugging
Write unit, integration, and performance tests to maintain app reliability.
Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth functionality.
7. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with Flutter/Dart updates, eCommerce trends, and emerging technologies.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve user experience and system efficiency.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
6-10 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Flutter/Dart development.
Proven experience in building and deploying eCommerce applications.
Expertise in Flutter, Dart, and State Management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
Experience with third-party integrations like payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.), social login, and push notifications.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Familiarity with backend technologies like Firebase, Node.js, or PHP for backend communication.
Knowledge of database systems like SQLite, Hive, or NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in agile environments and meet tight deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
B. E / B. Tech or an MCA degree
