Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced
Senior Manager, and UX Designer
with a passion for crafting compelling, user-centric designs that elevate the customer experience. In this role, you will lead a team of designers and work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to create seamless, end-to-end experiences that blend innovative design with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the design of visually appealing and highly functional interfaces that reflect current and global trends in eCommerce while enhancing user engagement.Own overall end-to-end user experience across the entire product— from the high-level vision down to specifics of feature or service flows.Responsible for the creation of prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that provide seamless user journeys and drive engagement.Ensure that all designs maintain a high level of aesthetic quality, with attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and interaction.Develop design systems that enhance the brand’s identity while ensuring consistency across various touchpoints and channels.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create end-to-end user journeys, and conduct competitive analysis to inform design decisions.Partner effectively with product managers/owners to translate their user stories into intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces that drive business goals.Collaborate with the Graphic/Visual Design team to develop and maintain aesthetics, standards, and brand integrity.Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:Experience :8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role, ideally in the eCommerce space.Proven track record of shipping successful digital products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Design Skills :Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce or transactional website experience.Strong understanding of modern design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Invison, etc.
Good To Have SkillsAwareness and experience with emerging technologies such as AI-driven design, AR/VR interfaces, or conversational UI
